Hamburg's international prize for sustainable logistics

Every commitment counts

Intelligent transport concepts, incentive systems to conserve resources, concepts for managing logistics halls using renewable energies or corporate commitment to social responsibility - the logistics sector in particular is developing innovative solutions for greater sustainability in the development of new technologies and service concepts. Companies, institutions and public organisations make a significant contribution to the preservation of our natural resources and assume social responsibility for their own employees and for society.

With the HANSE GLOBE, the Hamburg Logistics Initiative has been honouring particularly forward-looking sustainable projects that have already been implemented or are currently being realised since 2007. The Hamburg Logistics Initiative awards the prize to a logistics-related company, institution or public organisation. Eligibility is not locally limited and is also open to international projects.

The projects submitted are assessed by a high-calibre jury of representatives from logistics, industry, trade, environmental protection, the media and science according to criteria defined independently of the Hamburg Logistics Initiative.

The next HANSE GLOBE will be awarded at the 15th Logistics Dinner of the Hamburg Senate in spring 2026.
