ENABLE HAMBURG COMPANIES IN HIRING AND RETAINING PROFESSIONALS
Companies in Hamburg across all sectors face the same challenge: a shortage of qualified professionals. It is particularly crucial for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) to attract employees, develop them in a targeted manner and retain them in the long term. This is where the TALENTready project comes in.
TALENTready supports companies with data-based, digital and AI-supported solutions to secure their skilled workforce for the future. Funded by the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) and supported by six Hamburg cluster organisations, the project brings together comprehensive expertise and jointly develops new approaches.
The focus is on practical solutions throughout the entire employee life cycle – from recruitment and development to retention. The offering ranges from AI-supported recruiting and data-based personnel planning to innovative concepts for personnel development and retention. All measures are developed in close cooperation with companies and HR managers in a user-centred and practice-oriented manner.
As part of Hamburg's qualified employee strategy and regional innovation strategy, TALENTready strengthens the competitiveness of the economy – digitally, networked and human – through digital technologies, support for SMEs and the networking of key players.
